The world needs more Intrepid people: Help bring Intrepid’s brand to life across the UK & Europe! We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our UK & Europe Marketing team, based in our Brixton office. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role, with 2–3 days per week in the office, where you’ll support the delivery of impactful marketing activity across one of Intrepid’s key regions. Intrepid is a purpose-driven, global leader in responsible travel, with 25+ offices worldwide. Our UK & Europe Marketing team is collaborative, fast-paced, and curious – focused on creativity, impact, and doing things differently.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day delivery of marketing campaigns, partnerships, and events across both direct and trade channels. You’ll work across full-funnel activity including brand and performance campaigns, partnerships, and events, collaborating with internal teams, agencies, and partners. You’ll also support fame-driving brand activity, manage merchandise and competitions, update website pages, coordinate approvals, track competitor activity, and help keep the wider business informed.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
- At least 1 year’s experience in a marketing or communications role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and willingness to take initiative
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Desirable:
- A marketing qualification or understanding of digital marketing
- Experience in a global organisation
- Experience in travel, or a genuine passion for travel
- Knowledge of the Intrepid brand and the destinations we travel to
