We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing sales team, driving revenue while building a supportive, collaborative and values-led sales culture. You’ll also work closely with teams across the business and regions, contributing to global sales initiatives and ensuring local execution aligns with broader commercial priorities.

As a senior leader within the sales function, you’ll lead by example, build strong relationships with key partners, stay close to market trends, and represent Intrepid at industry events as required.
