Fixed Term 12 Month Contract – Full time or Part time

Atradius UK Underwriting are launching an initiative to support those individuals looking to re-enter the finance industry following a career break. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to update their skills, contribute to a team and receive support via an individual mentor.

You will be joining the Risk Services Team within Atradius either as part of :

• UK Underwriting team specialising in the analysis of UK based companies or
• Credit Specialties offering non-cancellable credit insurance to corporates and banks worldwide.

Day to day you will be evaluating companies to determine whether they pose an acceptable risk profile and align with departmental risk. In addition to our daily workflow you will have the opportunity to develop relationships with our commercial unit.

We are looking for someone who preferably has:

• Experience in a Finance, Economics or Accounting role although other disciplines will be considered.
• Strong written and communication skills with the ability to articulate an argument.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with confidential information.
• An ability to interpret financial statements will be considered favourably.
