We serve a range of patients across our three divisions of Primary Care (general practice), Pharmacy and Clinical Services which includes anticoagulation monitoring, patient medication reviews and childhood immunisation programmes. We are a well-established organisation having provided NHS services since 1999. We operate NHS services across the North East, Yorkshire, the midlands and North West.
Our team is made up of a wide range of healthcare professionals and administrative roles including GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs), Nurses, Pharmacists, Health Care Assistants (HCAs) and local administration teams. Our frontline teams are supported by a centralised back office function; providing executive, finance, HR, administration and data analysis support.
IntraHealth are recruiting Bank School Administrators to join our Immunisation Team. This work will predominantly be within the School Age Immunisation Team to administer flu vaccines from September to December. Successful candidates will work in schools and community settings within Central Lancashire assisting the nursing team with delivering vaccinations.
There is an expectation that you will be organised, able to communicate with children and young people as well as school staff and be confident in the use of computer packages such as Excel. Successful candidates must have a car with business insurance and be prepared to collect and return vaccines to the base and to drive to schools across the areas within the above location you are based within. Start times are generally between 0800 hours and 0900 hours. We would want bank staff to be able to commit to a minimum of 1 shift per week from September to Mid-December.
