We are recruiting an Immunisation Administrative School Support to support our Immunisation and Vaccination Team in schools and community settings when delivering the Flu Vaccination programme across Greater Manchester.
Responsibilities
- Support nurse‑led immunisation sessions in schools and community settings.
- Handle telephone calls from parents and carers.
- Communicate with schools and coordinate with team members for the collection and transportation of vaccines and equipment.
- Follow all safety measures and undertake risk assessments as required.
- Perform clerical and administrative duties applicable to the Immunisation Service.
- Work collaboratively with the Nursing Immunisation Team to meet the needs of the service, following policy and procedures.
- Ensure the provision of high‑quality patient service within a safe, efficient working environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in general administration.
