We are recruiting an Immunisation Administrative School Support to support our Immunisation and Vaccination Team in schools and community settings when delivering the Flu Vaccination programme across Greater Manchester.

Responsibilities

  • Support nurse‑led immunisation sessions in schools and community settings.
  • Handle telephone calls from parents and carers.
  • Communicate with schools and coordinate with team members for the collection and transportation of vaccines and equipment.
  • Follow all safety measures and undertake risk assessments as required.
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties applicable to the Immunisation Service.
  • Work collaboratively with the Nursing Immunisation Team to meet the needs of the service, following policy and procedures.
  • Ensure the provision of high‑quality patient service within a safe, efficient working environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience in general administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
