We are recruiting an Immunisation Administrative School Support to support our Immunisation and Vaccination Team in schools and community settings when delivering the Flu Vaccination programme.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the existing team in supporting the delivery of IntraHealth's immunisation and vaccination programmes.
- Primarily support nurse‑led immunisation sessions in schools and community settings.
- Handle telephone calls from parents/carers and communicate with schools.
- Assist team members in collecting and transporting vaccines/equipment.
- Follow the safety measures in place and undertake risk assessment.
Qualifications
- Experience of working in administration and able to perform general administration duties to a high standard.
- Enthusiastic, committed individuals who will work as part of the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Travel to schools within the region is integral to the role.
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
