We are recruiting Immunisation Administrative School Support to support our Immunisation and Vaccination Team in schools and community settings when delivering the Flu Vaccination programme.

Job responsibilities:

  • Assist nurse-led immunisation sessions in schools and community settings.
  • Handle telephone calls from parents/carers and communicate with schools.
  • Coordinate team members collecting and transporting vaccines and equipment.
  • Provide general administrative duties and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute to risk assessments and follow safety measures.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in administration and working to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Working with school-aged children and experience of nasal flu delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Experience:
