We are recruiting Immunisation Administrative School Support to support our Immunisation and Vaccination Team in schools and community settings when delivering the Flu Vaccination programme.
Job responsibilities:
- Assist nurse-led immunisation sessions in schools and community settings.
- Handle telephone calls from parents/carers and communicate with schools.
- Coordinate team members collecting and transporting vaccines and equipment.
- Provide general administrative duties and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to risk assessments and follow safety measures.
Qualifications:
- Experience in administration and working to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Working with school-aged children and experience of nasal flu delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Experience:
- Team player with flexibility and accuracy.
- Ability to engage with people and respect for others.
