THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an experienced Client Executive to join our UK sales team β a dual-focus role that combines identifying and winning new business opportunities with managing and growing our established UK client base. You will take ownership of a portfolio of existing clients, building deep relationships and expanding our IAM solutions within those accounts, while also proactively developing new logo opportunities to drive growth across the region. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, working closely with our technical and delivery teams to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. This is a hybrid role β you will primarily work remotely but will be expected to travel to our central London office one day per week and visit clients and prospects in person 1-2 days per week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a pipeline of prospects across target industries and market segments. Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients to understand their IAM challenges and position Intragen's solutions effectively. Execute targeted sales campaigns, collaborate with vendors, and develop effective routes to market. Present IAM solutions to prospective clients, create compelling proposals, and ensure smooth alignment with their business needs. Meet or exceed new business targets and KPIs, reporting on pipeline activity and forecasting revenue accurately.
- Client Relationship Management & Account Growth: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients across our UK portfolio, serving as their primary point of contact. Understand clients' strategic objectives and align our IAM solutions β spanning IAM, PAM, IGA, CIAM, Consulting and Managed Services and software sales β to meet their evolving business goals. Regularly meet with clients to review performance, provide updates on services, and proactively discuss enhancements and opportunities. Identify and develop opportunities to grow existing accounts by promoting additional cybersecurity services, products, and solutions. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create tailored proposals and solutions that address client-specific needs. Meet or exceed KPIs related to account growth, renewals, and client retention. Address client concerns and feedback promptly, ensuring consistently high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- IAM Solutions Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of Intragen's IAM services and products, including IGA, PAM, Access Management, and our Managed Services and proprietary offerings. Partner with internal technical experts to design, present, and deliver customised IAM solutions based on each client's specific requirements. Stay informed on the latest IAM market trends, threats, and regulations to provide relevant and timely advice to clients.
- Client Onboarding & Support: Manage the onboarding process for new service engagements, ensuring smooth transitions and effective handovers to Operations and Finance teams. Provide ongoing support to ensure clients are utilising our services effectively and that any issues are resolved promptly. Coordinate with internal teams including technical support and customer success to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular reporting on account status, service performance, and client satisfaction metrics. Communicate client needs and feedback to internal teams to continuously improve services and solutions. Prepare and present regular account reviews and progress updates to senior leadership. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (HubSpot).
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
