We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve the platform and integrations that power Into The Blue and Picniq. This is a technical product role focused on building and improving the systems and APIs that connect suppliers to our platform, and support booking and redemption journeys end-to-end. You’ll work closely with engineering to design API-driven integrations, improve data flows, and reduce manual operational processes through better platform design.

What you’ll work on:

  • Supplier API integrations
  • Supplier portal
  • Booking and redemption systems
  • Internal admin tools and CMS
  • Data structure and reporting (Power BI)

What you’ll do:

  • Own and deliver the platform and integrations roadmap
  • Partner with engineering on API design and system architecture decisions
  • Data consolidation across both brands
  • Reduce manual processes through automation and better tooling
  • Build scalable supplier onboarding and integration capabilities
  • Translate operational needs into clear technical product requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in platform, integrations, or API-driven products
  • Strong systems thinking and understanding of data flows
  • Comfortable working closely with engineers on technical design
  • Experience reducing manual processes through product-led solutions
  • Ability to balance operational, commercial, and technical needs

Salary range for this role: £60,000 – £65,000. This is a hybrid role based in Hatfield with remote work flexibility.
