We are looking for an experienced Product Delivery Manager to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract to lead and coordinate a series of high-priority delivery workstreams across our e-commerce platforms, Into The Blue and Picniq. This is a hands-on delivery role focused on ensuring the successful execution of a major transformation programme, including website migration, payment infrastructure changes, and cross-brand platform alignment.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to bring structure, pace, and clarity to multiple parallel initiatives, ensuring delivery remains on track across a complex, fast-moving environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in execution-heavy environments, enjoys solving delivery challenges, and can bring order to competing priorities across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of a major website migration programme
  • Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
  • Coordinate work across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Customer Service, and Operations teams
  • Ensure alignment between business priorities and engineering delivery
  • Facilitate planning, tracking, and stakeholder communication
  • Identify and proactively manage delivery risks and blockers
  • Support release planning and migration readiness activities
  • Help establish effective delivery processes and ways of working
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale digital, e-commerce, or platform migration projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, evolving environments
Desirable
  • Experience with website replatforming and multi-brand environments
  • Familiarity with payments systems or transactional e-commerce flows
  • Experience working with offshore engineering teams
  • Exposure to product environments with both B2C and commercial stakeholders
Team Structure

You'll work closely with: Head of Product, Senior Product Manager – Platform & Integrations, Lead Engineer, Offshore engineering teams.

Contract Details

6-month fixed-term contract, Remote / hybrid working (UK-based preferred), Immediate start preferred, Competitive FTC compensation based on experience.
