About the Role
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Lifestyle team, helping to shape and grow our Spa, Dining and Hotel Breaks categories. We are also looking for an Account Manager to join our Adventure team, helping to shape and grow our Driving, Flying and Outdoor Activities categories. You’ll work closely with the Head of Lifestyle or Head of Adventure to build and develop a high-quality range of experiences that customers genuinely want to buy. This is a commercially focused role, where you’ll balance building strong partnerships with curating an engaging and competitive product offering.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building Partnerships: You’ll be the main point of contact for our partners, building strong relationships and working collaboratively to deliver great experiences.
- Sourcing New Opportunities: You’ll proactively identify new partners and opportunities, while continuing to develop relationships with existing suppliers.
- Commercial Negotiation: You’ll agree commercial terms that deliver value for customers, partners and the business.
- Shaping the Product Range: You’ll support key campaigns and seasonal moments (e.g. Christmas, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day and many other special occasions), helping to create compelling and relevant offers.
- Working as a Team: You’ll collaborate with supplier operations and marketing to ensure smooth onboarding and effective promotion of our partners.
About You
- Commercially Aware: You understand how to structure deals that are practical and commercially sound.
- Relationship-Focused: You build rapport quickly and develop strong, long-term partnerships.
- Organised: You have strong organisational skills.
