Becoming a Senior Business Analyst on the Project Resource Solutions team: A unique opportunity to expand your skills and develop a broad understanding of the company. You will work in different locations across the UK.
What you will do:
- Engage with business experts to understand current business processes and future requirements
- Produce detailed requirements and business solution design documentation for completeness and coherence
- Analyze business issues and needs
- Shape, prioritize, and define business requirements
- Participate in work order estimating, resource planning, and allocation
- Develop and present Business Cases
Your experience will include:
- Background in financial services or insurance
- Ability and willingness to operate across various projects and locations within the UK and Ireland
- Proven leadership skills in managing and coaching analysts
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments with a robust analytical approach
- Good understanding of current and emerging technologies and project lifecycles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with experience working with senior stakeholders
- Ability to translate business strategy into technical or business design
- Commercial awareness to support new revenue opportunities
- Capability to understand and execute strategic and business planning initiatives
To be successful in this role:
- Willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland to various offices
- Ability to start quickly and adapt
- Hold a full British driving license
