Used Car Sales Controller – Franchised Motor Dealership, Stockport Our client is seeking a Used Car Sales Controller to work with their Specialist Cars division in Stockport. We\’re looking for someone experienced in going above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service, with a focus on maximizing sales and profit from all opportunities. The Specialist Cars Used Car Sales Controller will work across the department, requiring extensive knowledge of the range and competitor products. Proficiency in CRM systems and proactive relationship development are essential. The candidate should think creatively to close sales leads effectively. The Ideal Candidate Previous sales experience with prestige or premium brands. Ability to take ownership, with attention to detail and multitasking skills. Strong communication skills, adaptable to various audiences. Commitment to high customer service standards and business success. Passion for the luxury automotive industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
