Automotive Business – Reading

Are you confident, motivated, and passionate about delivering top-tier customer service? Our client is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their growing team in Reading.

Salary: £28,000 – £40,000 per annum, plus bonuses

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota – 08:30am to 12:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate workflow and allocate tasks to technicians
  • Handle customer enquiries efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Provide technical guidance and support to your team
  • Evaluate customer service and repair needs based on vehicle health checks
  • Assist in service reception when required
  • Maintain accurate customer records and adhere to warranty and dealership policies
