Franchised Motor Dealership

Location: Blackburn area

Working Hours: Alternate weekends

Our client, a fantastic employer with a great reputation, is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive for their franchised motor dealership in the Blackburn area.

Responsibilities:

1. Interact with customers in the showroom and deliver a great customer experience, ensuring that their needs are understood.
2. Make recommendations on products that meet customer requirements and guide them through the sales process.
3. Provide advice and assistance with any queries customers may have.
4. Work flexible patterns, including weekends, to ensure high levels of customer service.

About You:

1. Willingness to learn and progress.
2. Engage with customers face-to-face and deliver outstanding customer service.

Benefits:

1. Company car.
2. Salary: £20k basic, £45k OTE Uncapped.
