Intoloop is an established automotive dealership group. We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team in Reading.
Salary & Working Hours
£30,000 basic salary with £34,000 OTE. Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. One Saturday morning every four weeks, 8:00 am – 1:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers daily to identify and source needed parts.
- Provide pricing, arrange product delivery, and support the in‑house workshop.
- Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date inventory system.
- Assist with regular stock checks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within a dealership, independent garage, or body shop.
- Strong customer service skills and good general computer proficiency.
- A UK driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
