Our client is looking to recruit a part-time Aftersales Retention Executive for their prestigious car dealership in Preston.
Responsibilities
- The objective of the position is to drive work into the Aftersales department to increase profitability.
- Make inbound and outbound calls to existing owners with customer satisfaction and retention being the main focus.

Working Days and Hours
- Monday, Tuesday and Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm, with Saturday mornings 8:30am - 12:30pm on a rota basis paid at overtime
- OR Tuesday and Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm, with Saturday mornings 8:30am - 12:30pm on a rota basis paid at overtime
Salary
- £22,760 Basic (Pro-rata) plus OT for Saturday mornings
- £12.5k Commission (Pro-rata) Uncapped
