Franchised Motor Dealership – Preston, Lancashire. New opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join the management team. This role suits a customer-focused manager who leads teams and drives performance in a premium automotive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop the aftersales team, demonstrating the behaviours and standards aligned with the brand values.
  • Drive customer engagement and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Take full responsibility for all aftersales and service operations, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with teams across the centre and wider dealership network to provide a seamless customer experience.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Have proven management and coaching experience in a similar aftersales leadership role.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Be able to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service and sales results.
  • Hold a full, clean UK driving licence.

Hours

Typically 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturdays.

The Package

Β£35,000 basic with an OTE bonus of Β£55k - Β£60k per annum, plus an excellent benefits package. Ongoing training and development with the brand in an environment that encourages professional growth. Additional benefits include 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing with length of service, staff car scheme and contributory workplace pension scheme.
