Workshop Controller - Glasgow
Our client is looking for an experienced Workshop Controller. Reporting into the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the staff and facilities of the Workshop efficiently.
Package Details
£35,100 Basic Salary plus Bonus.
8:15 am – 5:30 pm Monday to Friday | 1 in 4 Saturdays 8 am – 1 pm
You will motivate technicians to ensure targets are being met, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality of service. You will also be responsible for tracking the progress of vehicles through the Workshop and liaising with Service Reception to maintain customer satisfaction. If you think you can make a difference and motivate other team members to achieve their business goals, then this could be the role for you.
