Reporting to the Service Manager, you will oversee the workshop staff and facilities to deliver high quality service efficiently.

Working hours: 8:15 am – 5:30 pm Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays 8 am – 1 pm.

Package: £35,100 Basic Salary + Bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Motivate technicians to meet production targets and maintain productivity.
• Ensure high quality of service delivery.
• Track vehicle progress through the workshop and liaise with Service Reception to maintain customer satisfaction.

What We\’re Looking For

• Team player.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar workshop control role.
• Ability to motivate and support your team.
• Organised with experience working within a main dealer.
• Customer focused and able to drive standards in customer care.
