Franchised Motor Dealership - Chorley. Our client is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join the team at their Chorley site.
Salary: up to £28k Basic, uncapped OTE of £32k
Working Days/Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm; 1 in 2 Saturday mornings
Responsibilities:
- Provide service advisory support to customers and service department to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Assist with workshop flow and appointment scheduling to maximise efficiency
Qualifications:
- Experience in the motor industry and/or service advisor role
- A good level of computer literacy
- A keen eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good customer service skills
- Passion to make things work and keep moving forward to reach the finish line
