Our client is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their already successful team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving parts and labour sales by identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships and promoting genuine parts, products and services.
Basic Salary of £34,000 OTE of £43,000 Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
Key Responsibilities- Identify new customers and develop long-term business relationships
- Proactively contact prospects from the internal CRM database
- Engage with existing customers to establish requirements and uncover new opportunities
- Analyse parts sales data to identify growth opportunities within the current customer base
- Prepare detailed quotations, take orders and progress them with the relevant internal teams
- Accurately record all activity and opportunities within the CRM system to maintain a regular contact cycle
- Work closely with all areas of the business to ensure excellent customer service
- Experience within the motor trade
- Proven sales background with the ability to perform in a busy, competitive environment
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Professional attitude and customer focused approach
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised, self motivated and disciplined
- Strong computer skills
- Numerate with attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
