The Role
As a Car Sales Executive, you\’ll be at the heart of the dealership experience. You\’ll engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the entire car‑buying journey – from initial enquiry to handing over the keys. Your role is all about building relationships, creating excitement, and delivering a five‑star experience that reflects our client\’s phenomenal reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in person and online, offering expert product knowledge
- Deliver an outstanding buying experience that encourages repeat and referral business
- Consistently meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Stay up to date with the latest models, features, and promotions
About You
- Previous car sales experience is essential, ideally 2 years minimum
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Target‑driven with a customer‑first approach
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and hungry to succeed
- Full UK driving licence essential
