Our client is looking for an experienced Workshop Controller. Reporting into the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the staff and facilities of the Workshop efficiently.
Package Details
- £35,100 Basic Salary plus Bonus
- 45 Hour week
- 8:15am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday | 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am - 1pm
Responsibilities
- You will motivate technicians to ensure targets are being met and maintain a high level of productivity and quality of service.
- You will also be responsible for tracking the progress of vehicles through the Workshop and liaising with Service Reception thereby maintaining customer satisfaction.
