We are looking for a Student Experience Officer who is passionate about creating memorable experiences, building a strong sense of community, and helping international students make the most of their time in London.
Based at our Middlesex Street Centre, you will be at the heart of student life, designing and delivering a varied programme of social, cultural and enrichment activities that help students settle into a new country, develop new skills, build friendships and prepare for future success. From welcome events and celebrations to employability workshops, guest speakers and excursions across London, you will play a key role in ensuring every student feels connected, supported and engaged.
You will collaborate with colleagues from Student Services, Academic Teams, Recruitment, Careers and the Students' Union to create opportunities that enhance the student journey and encourage students to participate fully in university life. You will also champion the student voice, supporting Student Representatives, gathering feedback and helping drive improvements that make a real difference to the student experience.
