Are you a strategic, data‑driven Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and customer impact?
Do you enjoy solving complex problems, guiding teams, and bringing digital products to life that genuinely make a difference?
INTO is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead key digital products that support students, agents, and partners internationally. From websites and portals to content and marketing tools, you\’ll help shape the experiences that guide thousands of learners on their path to global education.
Responsibilities
You will take ownership of one or more digital products, ensuring they deliver measurable value for students, agents, and the business. Your work will involve managing day‑to‑day stability, and using data to understand and improve performance.
You will collaborate closely with recruitment, marketing, content, and technology teams, creating strong alignment between business needs and technical delivery. As the key connector between teams, you will translate goals into actionable product requirements and ensure everyone is working toward shared OKRs.
Discovery, validation, and user insight will be central to your approach. You\’ll use data and research to inform decisions, test ideas, and continuously improve the user experience for diverse global audiences.
You will also play a part in INTO\’s growing investment in AI. The organisation is exploring new tools, technologies, and ways of working.
Qualifications
We\’re looking for someone with experience in Product Management and a genuine interest in creating digital products that make a difference. There are many ways to gain this experience, so we don\’t expect you to tick every box perfectly. If you have led or contributed to digital products, collaborated across teams, and made decisions using insight or data, you\’ll find your skills transfer well here.
You should feel comfortable working with colleagues at different levels of the organisation and enjoy guiding discussions that help teams move forward. Clear communication, curiosity, and the confidence to ask good questions are just as important as technical expertise. If you\’re someone who enjoys learning, analysing problems, and working collaboratively, you\’ll thrive in this role.
An understanding of both B2B and B2C audiences will be useful, as well as experience designing or improving customer‑facing products.
Most importantly, we\’re looking for someone who brings empathy, collaboration, and a positive approach to teamwork. INTO is known for its supportive culture, and we welcome people who value kindness, openness, and shared success.
Benefits
INTO offers the opportunity to work with talented and welcoming colleagues across the world, to help shape digital experiences that truly matter, and to be part of a business investing in innovation, including AI‑driven tools and approaches.
You’ll enjoy hybrid working with regular time in our Brighton office, opportunities for learning and development, and the chance to make a tangible impact on international learners and partners.
