We are looking for a Senior PMO Analyst to join INTO and support a range of exciting global projects that will help shape the future of our business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, keeping projects moving, and working closely with colleagues to solve challenges. Working across global programmes, you will collaborate with teams in the UK, Asia, Australia, and the US to help keep workstreams on track and ensure projects continue to progress.

You will be someone who naturally spots risks before they become problems, enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts, and feels comfortable working in an environment where priorities can shift. From tracking progress and maintaining programme plans to supporting steering groups and helping colleagues identify solutions, you will play a key role in successful delivery.

We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and experience supporting business change or transformation programmes, ideally within technology-enabled environments. You will be confident managing plans, risks, actions, and reporting, while building strong relationships with stakeholders across different teams and locations.

Importantly, this role requires someone who is happy to be hands‑on in supporting the day‑to‑day running of projects. Alongside coordinating delivery activities, you will also take ownership of key project support tasks such as preparing meeting notes, maintaining project logs and documentation, tracking actions, and ensuring governance materials remain up to date. We are looking for someone who understands that effective PMO support combines strategic oversight with strong project administration and attention to detail.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, global organisation and contribute to meaningful projects with real impact. If you are a proactive self-starter who enjoys working across complex programmes and wants to be part of something ambitious, we would love to hear from you.
