We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Residence Manager to support students living in INTO London and City, St George’s University of London International Study Centre accommodation.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of the student experience. You’ll provide pastoral care, ensure safeguarding standards, and create a welcoming and supportive residential environment. From arrivals and inductions to wellbeing support and check-outs, you’ll be the main point of contact for students throughout their stay.
This part-time role (24 hours per week) involves working on a rota basis, mainly between 3pm–11pm across four days a week, including evenings and weekends. You’ll be based at one of our central London student residences and work closely with internal teams and external accommodation partners.
We’re looking for someone confident, calm under pressure, and able to build strong relationships with young people from diverse backgrounds. Experience in student support, accommodation, or youth work is desirable. You’ll be organised, responsive, and ready to handle everything from welfare concerns to community-building events.
