We are looking for an organised and proactive Office & Governance Coordinator to support our Centre Directors and play a key role in the smooth running of both centres. This is a varied position where you will be at the centre of day-to-day operations, providing high‑level administrative support, coordinating meetings with senior stakeholders, and ensuring governance processes run efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex scheduling, prepare professional documents and presentations, and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support governance activity, including organising board and committee meetings, preparing agendas and papers, and taking accurate minutes.
- Support inspections and regulatory processes, maintaining well‑structured records and documentation.
- Take ownership of office coordination, from maintaining SharePoint systems and internal communications to organising events and ensuring the office environment runs effectively.
- Work closely with colleagues across INTO and our university partners, building strong relationships and contributing to a positive and professional working culture.
- Produce high‑quality work, using systems such as SharePoint and Microsoft Office, and manage multiple priorities.
