INTO Manchester is looking for a Learning Centre & Academic Guidance Officer to join our Guidance Team. This role sits at the heart of the student experience, combining responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the Learning Centre with direct academic guidance and support for students preparing to progress to university.

You will take the lead in managing the Learning Centre as a well‑organised, welcoming and academically focused space. This includes overseeing learning resources, coordinating stock and materials, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the centre operates as an effective study hub that supports independent learning and academic success.

Alongside this, you will play an active role in promoting the use of the centre, developing workshops, and embedding its services into academic practice. In addition to the operational aspect, you will provide academic guidance to students through informal support, workshops and targeted interventions. You will help students develop their study skills, understand their academic progress, and support them with university applications, including advising on progression options.

This is a varied, student‑facing role that would suit someone who enjoys working both operationally and directly with students, and who is confident supporting academic development in a higher education environment.

INTO University Partnerships is committed to expanding global access to higher education and creating opportunities for students to succeed in their academic and professional journeys.
