Are you ready to step into a role where no two days are the same and you can really make a difference? We’re looking for a Paralegal/ Legal Executive to join our in-house Legal team and play a key part in supporting our global business. This is a hands‑on, varied role where you’ll work with a range of teams across commercial contracts, corporate and company secretarial matters, compliance, projects, and legal operations, ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in. We welcome applications from paralegals with 3+ years of experience who either mid‑level, or are eager to grow in a mid‑level role and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Day‑to‑day legal support – managing the Legal inbox, handling queries yourself (providing advice from contracts to compliance to IP), triaging and escalating where needed.
- Commercial contracts – drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements including NDAs, supplier terms, software licences, and service agreements.
- Company law & governance – supporting with board minutes, company filings, litigation support, compliance calendars, maintaining records, and helping with entity creation or closure, as well as working to develop our governance processes.
- Project work – contributing to exciting initiatives like legal operations – including building and updating the legal intranet page, creating and delivering templates, and seeking other legal process improvements; supporting with tender bids and due diligence; assisting on group‑wide strategic development projects around the globe.
- Knowledge sharing & training – preparing practical guidance and training for colleagues across the business (with the chance to deliver sessions if you’d like).
- Collaboration – working closely with Finance, Marketing, HR, IT and external partners, building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Legal team partnering – supporting Legal team on a range of legal matters and also administrative support such as file management, note taking, document proof reading amongst other things.
What we’re looking for:
- Professional qualifications/experience relevant to practice in England & Wales (CILEX, Legal Exec, or Paralegal qualification/relevant experience) at least 3 years working experience and able to work autonomously.
- Strong drafting, research, IT and problem‑solving skills.
- A proactive “doer” with the confidence to tackle unfamiliar queries and find commercially focused answers.
- A genuine people person – able to build trust, work collaboratively, and communicate clearly.
- Experience of company/commercial/corporate/company secretarial matters is key.
- Variety – You’ll handle a bit of everything, from contracts to compliance to governance.
- Projects that matter – get involved in shaping how the Legal team works, improving processes, and delivering real impact.
- Development – scope to grow your legal skills, explore new areas of law, and work towards becoming a solicitor if that’s your ambition.
- Support – you’ll be trusted to take ownership, while also supported by experienced colleagues.
