INTO University Partnerships is seeking an FP&A Systems Administrator to join our global finance team. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for finance systems and data, looking to make a real impact within a collaborative and international environment.
In this role, you will support the Financial Planning and Analysis team by maintaining and administering our Tagetik planning and consolidation system. Your work will be central to ensuring accurate reporting, supporting month-end processes, and helping the business get the insights it needs. You will also have the chance to develop processes and reports, streamline workflows, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our finance systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience with finance system administration, whether that\’s setting up users, managing account codes, or developing and maintaining reports. You\’ll be confident working with large data sets and have strong communication skills to support stakeholders across the business. Previous experience with Tagetik is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided. Candidates with experience in general finance system administration or reporting will thrive in this role.
