We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner who enjoys being close to the business, not just reporting on it. This is an opportunity to step into a visible, influential role within a global organisation where your insight will shape decisions and drive performance across our US centres.

In this role, you will take ownership of the financial performance of at least two US centres, working closely with Executive Directors and senior stakeholders. You will move beyond the numbers, turning financial data into clear, practical insight that helps leaders make informed decisions. From monthly reporting and cashflow management to budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategy.

You will be someone who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment and confident building relationships remotely. You will work closely with colleagues across finance and the wider business, contributing to continuous improvement in systems, processes and controls, while also supporting audit activity and financial planning cycles.

This role suits someone with a strong grounding in management accounting who wants to take the next step into a more commercially focused position. You will be part-qualified or newly qualified, with the ability to analyse complex information, communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and take ownership of challenges as they arise. A practical mindset, attention to detail and the confidence to challenge when needed will be important.

The role is based remotely in the UK, with occasional travel to Brighton for team meetings. As you will be supporting colleagues in the US, some evening working will be required, and flexibility around working hours is supported.
