We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to help keep our academic and residential buildings safe, compliant and operating at their best at the University of Exeter International Study Centre. This is a hands‑on role leading the day‑to‑day maintenance operation across our student accommodation and teaching facilities. You'll supervise maintenance activities, coordinate contractors, oversee planned and reactive repairs, and support the Facilities Manager in delivering a high‑quality service for students, staff and visitors.
