Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a high‑quality, safe and efficient facility environment.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations and longer‑term planning for academic buildings, student accommodation, catering and office spaces.
- Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and support an excellent student experience.
- Lead, develop and manage the facilities team, external contractors and service partners.
- Take ownership of budgets, projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive health and safety, compliance, risk management, sustainability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Centre Director and senior management team to shape the learning and living environment.
