We\’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Café Assistant / Barista to join our team in Central London.
In this role, you\’ll be at the heart of creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our students, staff and visitors. You\’ll prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, pastries, sandwiches and snacks, always with a smile. You\’ll keep the café clean, tidy and safe, making sure shelves, fridges and counters are fully stocked, and that all equipment is well maintained. You\’ll also take care of deliveries, stock rotation and temperature checks, operate the till, and handle payments. From preparing the café each morning to supporting events with refreshments and tidy-ups, you\’ll help keep everything running smoothly.
We\’re looking for someone organised, approachable and happy to get involved in all aspects of running a busy café. Barista or café experience would be an advantage, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important.
