INTO is seeking an experienced Sponsor Licence Compliance Senior Manager to play a key role in safeguarding and strengthening our UKVI compliance framework across our UK operations. This is an opportunity to join a high-profile regulatory compliance function, providing oversight of Student and Child Student Sponsor Licence compliance across multiple licence entities and teaching locations.
Working closely with colleagues across academic, operational, student services and safeguarding teams, you will help ensure that our sponsorship duties are consistently met, regulatory risks are effectively managed, and the organisation remains fully prepared for UKVI audits and inspections.
You will lead compliance monitoring and assurance activities, analyse sponsor licence performance, coordinate internal audits, investigate complex compliance issues, and provide expert guidance on UKVI requirements. The role will also support licence variations, regulatory change implementation, governance reporting, and the ongoing development of policies, procedures and training.
We are looking for a compliance professional with significant experience of UKVI Sponsor Licence management and a strong understanding of Student and Child Student sponsorship requirements. You will be comfortable interpreting complex regulations, managing competing priorities, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and using data and insight to drive compliance performance and continuous improvement.
