We are looking for a skilled and motivated Learning Designer to join INTO University Partnerships and play a key role in shaping high-quality digital learning experiences across our UK and global provision.

This role sits within the Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) team and offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio, including UK centre support, global online courses, and partner-facing educational products. You will contribute directly to enhancing the student experience and supporting academic teams through innovative and effective use of learning technology.

Working closely with Centre Directors, Academic Directors, and internal stakeholders, you will design, develop and support engaging, scalable and pedagogically robust digital learning solutions.

As a Learning Designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality digital learning experiences that support both students and staff. You will work across the full student journey, from pre-arrival through to academic delivery, ensuring consistency, accessibility and engagement across all learning products.

The role combines instructional design, stakeholder collaboration, and operational delivery, particularly in supporting global online courses such as Online Pre-sessional programmes.

This role offers the flexibility of remote working, alongside opportunities to connect in person. We ask that candidates are able to travel to our Brighton office as needed for collaboration, team engagement, and key moments in the academic cycle.
