INTO Qualifications is entering an exciting period of growth, with ambitious plans to significantly expand our network of partner centres over the coming years. We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded operations leader who can help us scale successfully while ensuring our day-to-day operations continue to run smoothly and effectively.
Reporting to the Director, INTO Qualifications, you'll lead the operational delivery of our strategic plan, creating the systems, processes and partnerships needed to support growth while maintaining a high-quality experience for partners and students. You'll have overall responsibility for operational functions across the organisation, including partner due diligence and compliance, information management systems, communications, governance and operational risk.
This role would suit someone who enjoys balancing strategy with practical delivery. You'll be comfortable navigating change, solving complex problems and making informed decisions, while building strong relationships across the business. You'll be equally focused on improving business as usual and putting the foundations in place for future growth.
