We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven professional to join our Academic Operations team at INTO Qualifications. This role is central to ensuring the smooth delivery of qualifications from development right through to award, working to guarantee that every stage of the process is robust, reliable, and student-focused.

You’ll be involved in streamlining processes, supporting assessment windows, issuing transcripts, and reporting results. You’ll play a key part in maintaining quality standards and ensuring our delivery centres and learners receive excellent service. This is a role for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, planning and delivering results, and who can balance multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.

You’ll bring strong skills in data handling, reporting, and Microsoft Office, alongside the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues and centres.

This is a remote role, but travel within the UK and occasionally overseas will be required.
