We are now looking for a Head of Recruitment Proposition to join the senior leadership team at Queen's University Belfast International Study Centre and play a defining role in shaping how we attract, inspire and support students from around the world.
Responsibilities
- You will lead the product and proposition strategy for the International Study Centre, ensuring we offer the right portfolio of programmes for global demand and that our story is told in a compelling, consistent and market‑relevant way.
- Working closely with colleagues across INTO and Queen's University Belfast, you will help position the Study Centre and university as a first‑choice destination for ambitious international students.
- Success in this role means understanding markets, spotting opportunities and turning insight into action.
- You will regularly review our programme portfolio against competitor activity and student demand, identifying where we can strengthen, innovate and grow.
- You will work with academic leaders, validation teams and commercial colleagues to shape new courses, refine entry requirements and enhance our overall proposition so that it remains competitive, distinctive and future‑focused.
- You will also be the voice and champion of Queen's University Belfast International Study Centre across INTO's Global Recruitment Unit.
- By building strong relationships with in‑market sales teams, you will ensure they are equipped with the messaging, tools and confidence to successfully recruit students to Belfast.
- From proposition training to campaign materials, student stories to sales enablement, you will bring the offer to life in ways that resonate across diverse markets.
- Partnership is central to this opportunity. You will collaborate closely with university colleagues across international recruitment, admissions, marketing and partnerships, acting as a trusted connector between organisations and ensuring priorities are aligned.
- You will lead joint initiatives, support recruitment planning, provide clear performance reporting to senior stakeholders and represent the Study Centre internally and externally with credibility and energy.
