Academic Operations Officer
Location: Remote with some UK travel
Salary: Up to £35,000
Band C
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven professional to join our Academic Operations team at INTO Qualifications. This role is central to ensuring the smooth delivery of qualifications from development right through to award, working to guarantee that every stage of the process is robust, reliable, and quality-focused.
You’ll be involved in streamlining processes and supporting the coordination of assessment materials and assessment writers, including tracking submissions, checking documentation and following up on deadlines. Responsibilities also include supporting assessment windows, issuing transcripts and reporting results. You’ll play a key part in maintaining quality standards and ensuring our delivery centres and learners receive excellent service.
This is a role for someone who understands academic assessment operations and enjoys the detailed administration and coordination that underpin its successful delivery. You’ll be able to balance multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency, bringing strong skills in data handling, reporting and Microsoft Office, alongside the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues and centres.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in academic or education administration or operations, with an understanding of assessment processes and confidence using IT systems.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication, and confidence in presenting and training.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships across teams and centres.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes.
This is a remote role, but occasional travel within the UK will be required.
