THE ROLE ·
Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email in a timely and professional manner ·
Provide accurate information about products, services and company policies ·
Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming for first-contact resolution where possible ·
Investigate complaints by gathering relevant information, analysing situations and identifying appropriate resolutions ·
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints and outcomes in the company CRM ·
Following up with customers after issues have been resolved to ensure ongoing satisfaction ·
Assist with porting-related enquiries and issues

Strong communication and customer service skills ·
A professional and articulate telephone manner ·
The ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer enquiries and complaints ·
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
