Job Purpose
- Provide support to the Chief Operating Officer with organisation, scheduling, correspondence and meetings.
- Secretarial duties for COO Group Committees and Sub-Committees.
- Audit management deadline compliance and document coordination for COO Group.
- Maintain all records, reporting and governance for the COO and his Management Team.
- KPIs Review and coordination with NBK Group for NBKI COO Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and preparing documentation for NBKI Committees and Sub-Committees, Board Meetings, and other meetings that the COO attends.
- Secretarial duties for COO Group Committees and Sub-Committees.
- Collate Audit responses and coordinate field work and evidence with the auditors.
- Collect KRI's, KPI's and reporting metrics from the teams and input them into the Archer system.
- Review action points and audit findings and ensure that these are progressing and are kept current.
- Attend governance committees, prepare the minutes and actions.
- Coordinate meetings for the COO, Operations and IT group.
- Aid with the preparation of documentation for various teams, including OpRes, Business Continuity, Data and others.
- Maintain the departmental shift and rota system.
- Interact with Group colleagues to ensure a single point of contact for key resources.
Qualifications & Experience
- Educated to A level standard or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of previous PA/EA experience.
Skills
- Experience supporting senior-level committees or professional groups, including minute-taking and document management.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management skills.
