Position: Sales Assistant – full‑time, 40 hours per week, 3‑month temporary contract at our Intimissimi store on Oxford Street, London.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to all customers
- Establish relationships with customers
- Introduce add‑ons, promotions, and upcoming events to enhance the customer experience
- Assist customers in fitting rooms, providing measuring and fitting services when requested
- Prioritise customer needs while performing any task within the store
- Operate cash registers accurately, ensuring clear explanations of offers and discounts
- Report any transaction discrepancies to the Store Manager
- Adhere to cash handling rules and regulations
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store in compliance with Health & Safety regulations (e.g. hoovering and mopping)
- Ensure merchandise is displayed correctly according to company guidelines
- Maintain store security and report suspicious behaviour to the appropriate personnel
- Assist in any area of the store as requested by the Store Manager, including stock‑room duties
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the smooth running of the business
