You will work closely with researchers across time zones, translating findings into business-aligned outcomes while contributing to the continued evolution of our delivery practices. While your core focus lies in test execution, your expertise also enables you to step into broader Solutions Engineering responsibilities as needed.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of PTaaS engagements, from requirement intake and scoping to test execution, triage handoff, reporting, and post-engagement debriefs.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients throughout the PTaaS engagement, acting as their technical advocate and ensuring outcomes align with their expectations and priorities.
- Collaborate with Intigriti’s triage and researcher teams to ensure test results are vetted and validated efficiently.
- Translate validated findings and technical data into a high-quality penetration test report that aligns with client expectations and business impact.
- Coordinate with Intigriti’s global researcher community to align expectations, clarify scope, and ensure consistent, high-quality engagement delivery.
- Review the technical readiness of both PTaaS and Bug Bounty programs, ensuring in-scope assets are properly defined, accessible, and testable, and that program documentation is clear and actionable for researchers.
- Work closely with internal teams across Customer Success, Researcher Operations, and Sales to align on goals, expectations, and program execution.
- Manage multiple engagements and stakeholders in parallel, balancing deadlines and quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain quality and consistency across PTaaS deliveries through standardization, process optimization, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Continuously refine delivery practices by learning from each engagement and staying current with offensive security trends and tools.
- Contribute to pre-sales technical scoping and product discussions as an experienced technical voice within the Solutions Engineering function.
What you’ll bring

- Familiarity with PTaaS models, bug bounty platforms, and crowdsourced testing is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a pragmatic mindset and the ability to build rapport with internal teams and external partners.
