What you’ll do
- End-to-end Event Planning and Execution: Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and Intigriti-hosted events for both the Community and Commercial audiences. Continue to evolve existing event roadmap and identify new events that meet strategic goals. Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, marketing invites to provide sales teams, booth setup, merchandise, catering, and post-event evaluations. Promote speakers, sessions and key event highlights through various channels. Liaise with merchandisers and create a list of preferred suppliers. Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness. Provide templates for running events that others can use internally.
- Brand Representation: Ensure the brand is accurately represented at all events, maintaining a consistent and positive brand image. Collaborate with the design team to develop event-specific marketing collateral and promotional materials.
- Lead Generation: Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition at events. Develop and maintain the events page on the website. Implement lead capture processes and follow-up procedures to maximize lead conversion, including ensuring all leads captured from events are imported into Salesforce and tracked using appropriate campaign naming.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and other marketing teams to align event strategies with overall business goals. Support the commercial team with sponsorship and exhibition sales campaigns. Liaise with regional teams to ensure collaboration and cohesion across markets. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing initiatives.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Use metrics and analytics to evaluate event and marketing effectiveness. Create event retrospectives to provide insights to refine and improve future event strategies.
What You’ll Bring
- Required Experience: 3+ years of event management experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail. Experience using HubSpot or other data analytics tools to measure event success and make data-driven decisions is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
