The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Your mission is to ensure the success and satisfaction of our customers. You are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing support, training, and guidance to help them achieve their goals and maximize their use of our products and services. The ideal Customer Success Manager knows our company’s products inside and out to help our customers plan and understand the best ways to utilize our products based on the customer’s business needs or plans.
We are looking for someone who can do a minimum of 2 days per week from our London office.
What you’ll be doing:
- Being responsible for the entire customer success cycle.
- Understanding what is important for your customers and doing your best to deliver.
- Responsible for all the commercials including renewals, upsell and cross-sells.
- Ensuring value is received as a ROI and highlighting the big success that is important to your customers.
- Serving as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and the rest of Intigriti’s team, including support, sales, and product teams.
- Collaborating effectively with the development teams to provide timely product feedback and serve as the customer advocate to resolve any issues.
- Driving product adoption and ongoing usage of Intigriti to secure and increase revenue.
- Implementing process improvements and creating scalable programs (e.g. customer health, onboarding, new feature adoption, QBRs) to drive customer success objectives.
- Keeping customer information updated in our systems, to provide visibility on the commercial potential of each account and assure business continuity.
- Developing Success Plans for your customers to detect expansion opportunities.
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years of demonstrated B2B SaaS software customer success or consulting experience.
- English language skills, both verbal and written, are a must. Dutch or German are a plus.
- Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for awesome customer experience and a strong ability to balance customer needs and business priorities.
- Experience working with sales, partners, and/or customers in one or more roles in sales engineering, project management, and customer success.
- Organizational skills, entrepreneurial spirit, great listening skills, effective communication, and technical and domain skills to be consultative and credible in your approach.
- Proficient yet effective communicator over the phone, in person, and when delivering presentations.
