The role
INTHEKNOW Global is looking for an organised, detail-oriented and proactive Team Assistant on our Talent team. This is a hands-on role at the centre of the team. You’ll support our Talent Managers and our Managing Director on day-to-day needs of our talent, and assist on building our profile as a business through creative tasks.
This is a fast-paced role and requires someone who can confidently manage competing priorities, anticipate needs and communicate professionally with talent, clients and the internal team.
The successful candidate will have a strong interest in social media, fashion, beauty, and talent representation, alongside excellent organisational and communication skills.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Day to day liaison with talent; must be a good communicator and have a helpful and proactive approach;
- Managing event RSVPs for our talent, helping to manage their schedules and liaising with brands;
- Co-ordinating gifting for talent;
- Assistant on campaigns with Talent Managers to ensure timely responses and effective campaign wrap ups for brand partners;
- Staying on top of beauty, lifestyle and fashion industries and understanding of consumer / social media trends, including spotting up and coming talent;
- Provide administrative support to Managing Director including social media content support, taking meeting notes and other ad hoc tasks;
- Supporting on keeping our website up to date with our talent roster;
- Social media support including content creation and planning for our INTHEKNOW Global accounts;
- Managing internal databases to include deal details, brand contacts and talent metrics;
- Working as a team player is key. The role will include reporting to and supporting senior members of the team.
Professional experience & skills:
- At least 1 year in an Influencer Marketing or Assistant role;
- Good knowledge of Influencer landscape;
- The ability to multi-task and work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced environment;
- Possess excellent team skills;
- Ability to work to deadlines;
- Excellent knowledge of social media landscape including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and TikTok;
- Efficient, organised with excellent time management skills;
